Tomorrow I'm going to the Miley Cyrus concert and I'm not sure on how I should do my hair and makeup! I am wear a white crop top, black high waisted shorts and black vans. I am always going to wear a pink hat.

For hair I would say curl it with a wand cuz at concerts you just dance a lot especially hers and it would go great for any sort of hat you'll wear and for the make up I think you should go really simple like Miley's and wear a lipstick that matches your pink hat :)
