I personally think you should try a nude lip instead of a bold reddish, and a little less eyeliner on your waterline. But tbh your gorgeous! And your makeup is nice😊

Before beginning, I am just adding that I am not a professional, but makeup is one of the few professions you don't need to be formally trained for. There is no uniform way of doing things, only personal preference.
I like this look, but I do believe a few things could be improved. I agree with Hollie M. in that that. bottom eyeliner seems a tad heavy. I would either thin it out, or apply it in the water line to create a subtle, sultry line. The wing on the upper lashline looks nice but I would connect the tip of the wing to the eyeliner on the lid a bit more so it looks less like a random flick. On a side not, your face makeup looks flawless!

Looks good but I agree with Cami F. on the eyeliner as far as connecting it to the wing, but I still like it. But your face looks flawless, what do you use? And I love the lip color.

I agree with the nude, but if you want to do red I think an inner red Ombre lip would do wonders. The cat eyeline is were good but the lower lash line is too heavy. How about some kind of creamy white in the inner corner or the lower waterline and do a faded out buck color under the lashes.

When doing a winged eyeliner, you normally don't put eyeliner on the bottom. Trace your eye shape instead of following the lower lash.
