I love jumbo milk pencil :) but the white base is fantastic as well but I feel like the pencil is a better base it holds the color better

This is hard...BASE keeps it on longer without fading, PENCIL makes the color pop more...

i have not personally tried the eye base, but have heard its fairly good. i do know for a fact that the jumbo eye pencil needs and a 2nd primer underneath it in order to actually stay.. so its almost pointless

I was just wondering if the eye base in white is basically like a de-potted Jumbo in Milk= same thing. I'll probably get both to try out<3 Thank you for the responses, girls! :D

Milk is NOT a primer - Jumbo eye pencils need primers underneath them in order for you to wear it without it creasing.

I always use them wit primers but I live both. Jumbo pencil in milk for matte color eyeshadows and there white base with satin shimmery eyeshadows

I have and love both, but for real color pop i think the penicil is a must. It might just be me but i feel it is much more opaque than the base!

I love the eye base ithink that it helps your eyeshadow stay on and adds a nice white shade with lots of sparkle!

The white eye base can also be used on the lips. If applyed directly in the center of the lips after lipstick has been applied, it makes for a nice gradient/ombré effect.
