I Would Suggest You Use Products From A Company Called ELF. It Is Cheap Makeup But Doesn't Have A Very Cheap Look , I Even Still Today Use Products From Elf. There Blush Is Very Good & Bright Pink! I Lovveee Lovvee Lovvee Bright Blush! Elf Is A Very Good Product To Experiment With(:

I suggest the bare minerals starter kit, an elf eyeshadow pallet with tons of colors, mascara, and a lipgloss/stick. These are amazing for beginning, I promise :)

I agree, the bare minerals starter kit is nice! Definitely look into that! Perhaps buy a nice, full eyeshadow palette. Such as a coastal scents one or the lorac pro. I would start with some drugstore mascaras so you know what kind of formulas you like (oilbased ect) Elf is good to experiment with if you're a beginner because they are very affordable. I would, however, invest in a GOOD brush kit. Such as sigma, BH cosemetics, or Sonia kashuk are all good.

For eyeshadow, I recommend purchasing the Coastal Scents 88 Warm Palette, The Coastal Scents 88 Original Palette, these will give you a multitude of neutrals and bright colors to work with. I also recommend buying a good foundation, and maybe a few lipsticks from brands you like.

I agree with breanna, you should use elf products. also, if you step by step tutorials for makeup looks there are tons of beauty gurus on youtubd. one of my favorites is Wayne Goss, but I'm also a big fan of macbarbie07.

Invest your money in good brushes!! And then add to your collection slowly ( it's better to have less products that are more pigmented and longer lasting then a lot of cheap products ). Check reviews form whatever you buy and look up youtube videos.
