I want my blonde to be more blonde. I'm on my way to Sallys. I got a 20 developer last time and its not too blonde.

20 volume is the weakest, try the 30. 40 can be too damaging but it would lift the most.

20 volume is not the "weakest" there are other levels, each level is for different situations. 20 will lift your hair color up to 1-2 shades lighter, 30 will lift your hair up to 2-3 shade lighter. I do not recommend using 40 at all! I would also recommend that you purchase a toner to eliminate any of the brassiness you will get in your hair after lightening it.
