I can help if you still need tips I've been natural for almost two years!

To revert it, simply wash your hair with a good shampoo and contioner. I honestly wouldn't flat iron it to often, even with a good heat protectant. Instead try doing some protective styles to mix things up. Bantu knots, twist outs, or even curl formers all depending on the look you want to go for.

My hair doesn't look right in protective styles like twists outs and Bantu knots my texture is really different , I wish :/

What's your hair texture? It may also be the products you're using. When I first started to do twist out they never turned out right, then I started using Miss Jessie products and my hair loved me. Or well, I loved the way it looked. Plus, the tools I used made a difference. The denman brush also helped out a lot, but I've got thick hair with small curls.

It's like , ugh like girl I don't know it's like spiral curly like it's not "nappy" at all and that's what I be wanting that's why I went natural to be "happy and nappy " lol but that's just not my texture it's thick but it's like thick and fine with fine curls if you get it

Any of those fit the bill?

And trust me, nappy isn't fun on wash day. Nappy makes things take two times longer on wash day. xD

You can flat iron your hair just do it monthly, and get professional trims when you need to. Or what I've been doing recently is blow drying and then braiding every night and taking it out in the morning, my hair is in a thick high bun a lot.

Also coconut oil is great for thick hair.

Stay away from the flatiron! Lol. Unless it's like a few times a year. And when you do make sure you deep condition before & after, air dry instead of using blow dryer, use heat protectant, & trim your ends :)
