A trick is to mix extra virgin olive oil + sugar + vasalin in a small cup and rub it on your lips. It hydrates and gets rid of all the dry skin on your lips. also, never ever use lip balm. It actually drys out your lips. Try using eos lip balm. Its not drying.

I use Carmex (works the fastest but doesn't smell good), rose bud salve (works slowly but smells amazing), aveeno lip conditioner (smells amazing and works moderately), Eos summer fruit lip balm (when your lips are in good condition but you don't want anything to drastic)

Smiths rosebud salve. They've been making it since the 1880s for a reason. Great for chapped lips, chapped noses, dry cuticles.... I use it everywhere!

Coffee grounds, sugar, and coconut oil mixed together and used as a scrub then rinsed well every few nights followed by high quality balm like the one mentioned directly above. Ooh, and make sure you're hydrating your body. Can't expect your skin to have moisture in it if you're not providing it with adequate supply! :)

Use Nivea on them everyday! It REALLY helps, I do it three times per day at least and my lips are even fuller right now!!! ;)
