White/nude color eyeliner on the water line, highlight the inner corners with the pencil or a shimmery eyeshadow, highlight the brow bone, place light shimmery color on eyelid and define the crease with a darker color. Curl your lashes and apply mascara, wing your eyeliner out following the natural shape of your eye :)

White pencil eyeliner on waterline, eyelash curler, lots of mascara, bright eyeshadow on inner corners and browbone, fill on brows and maybe smudge black pencil eyeliner on lashline.

Agree with Victoria! Also, focus on the mascara/falsies instead of black eyeliner. That can sometimes shrink the eye, and if its too thick, you can look like 2 black sockets from afar (yikes!) lol. Do NOT forget to do lower lashes too! There are lower lash falsies available readily. It's a huge difference.

Use a nude eye liner highlight inner corner and emphasize on the lashes and not so dark eyeshadow
