Hi! I have personally never used phisohex, and this was my first time actually ever hearing about it, but I googled it and didn't like what I found! I don't how what the effects are and how worth it is to you, but the main ingredient in phisohex can be lethal when used on skin! I don't know if you are aware of this or if you even take it in to consideration, but I did want to let you know for your safety. Sometimes the things doctors prescribe are more hassle than they are worth.

Clinique's acne line and niacin supplements are my best friends. I had cysts for over a year I started Clinique and taking niacin. I broke out for the first two weeks but I was glad since this was acne that never surfaced before!! The niacin supplement just helped get more blood flow to my skin and it creates a strong flush but that's because it's opening your surface capillaries and detoxing your skin.

Drink plenty of water, try avoiding the use of too many chemicals on your skin, our delicate skin in not designed to be drowned in chemicals.
Change your diet, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
Remember what goes in, is going to have an effect on what comes out.
These small simple changes can really help.
Try these along with a mild skin cleansing routine.
Hope this helps !!

Like Sanam said, I would definitely agree that going more natural does really help. I have super light, sensitive skin that turns red easily- but at the same time immune to everything. It's also supppper oily and I have huge pores. For years (YEARS!) I've dealt with my acne but nothing ever worked, it just made it worse. Recently I have gone the more natural route and it has made so much of a difference. I would suggest researching some natural products! Also, if your acne is really that bad, take an herbal supplement for it. You can find some at any vitamin store and they really help clear your skin up from the inside!
