I'd go with somewhere close to 40 minutes, if I'm doing my makeup for class. If I'm doing my makeup for an event or to go out or something, probably closer to an hour, possibly more than that. Which is weird, since I don't wear foundation or anything that would take a lot of time.

I actually timed myself recently. it takes 25 minutes for my face makeup and eyebrows (on a good brow day) and it takes around 40 minutes to do dramatic eye makeup and 15 for more simple eye looks. :))
