What is your favorite powder to apply under the eyes to catch eye shadow fallout?

If I'm applying an eyeshadow that I know has a lot of fallout then I will do the eyes first, otherwise I just make sure to "pat" the eyeshadow on rather than spread it on with the brush (this technique helps a lot with fallout.)

It works for me to pick up all of the fallout with regular old Scotch tape =)

Traci L.
Be careful with the tape Hannah ,you can cause wrinkles under your eye area

I will most certainly be careful, Traci! thanks for the warning =) I really only get fallout if I'm using glitter, so it's not that often. I'll be sure to spread that information every time I tell someone about tape now.

I know! oy, I'm not prepared. I seriously turn 20 in two weeks, I don't want to think about anti-aging for a few more years yet! Lol, but once I do, I'm going to ask you questions every hour or so =P.

Sorry Emily! Didn't mean to change the subject :-). I also do my eyes first. It's just easier for me plus I've tried doing the powder thing and it just never worked for me. Just my opinion love :-)
