I have to agree with Liz and Ana. Bare Minerals Original foundation is the only foundation I use when it's summer. It does not feel like I'm wearing foundation and it gives really good coverage as well as giving your face a slight glow.

BareMinerals won't give you the same coverage as Tarte, I own both and prefer Tarte over BM.
Try Laura Mercier or Coverfx.
