Yes, I've used a couple different brands of tube mascara. In my experience they don't give a lot of length or volume. But it definitely doesn't smudge, even in the pool and being hit by waves in the ocean. But, in rough water a couple of the tubes can slip off and it just looks like you lost a couple of lashes, but they're NOT your actual lashes, just the tubes around them.

I have blinc mascara and it works like a dream in the summer! It won't smudge, run or flake. When you want to take it off you just take a hot shower and apply light pressure to your lashes, it slides right off, no hard rubbing or pulling out lashes :D.

I've used lots of tube mascara, don't waste your money they don't lengthen or add volume to your lashes at all! They don't do anything
