I have hooded eyelids and I can only afford to use a pencil eyeliner. Whenever I put my eyeliner on, it tends to smear all over my eyes by the end of the day because of my hooded eyelids. Any tips or tricks for my eyeliner to show on my eyelids or for it to not smear?

Well you could be making the line to thick, or try investing in a waterproof liner because that is NOT going to budge.

Eyeshadow over the liner (same color).. I have kinda hooded eyes try a gel liner with an angled brush (it'll help make a thinner line), essence at ulta is pretty cheap (for brush and liner) and works nicely or maybelline eye studio gel liner (just the gel, the brush that comes with it isn't very good). You could also try a felt tip liquid liner maybelline master precise is a good drug store one : )

Try tightlining first then adding a thin line on the top :)

Tightline and then add a thin line on your top lash line so it looks thicker. try only doing a small flick a t the end which doesn't go near the hood crease.
