A lengthening mascara will definitely achieve that look. I've done it a bunch of times with L'oreal Telescopic Lengthening mascara, just tightline your upper lash line ( so as not to look empty and add volume ) and you'll achieve it.

I use the falsies and I love it. but it gives more volume at roots than the picture. I buy the rocket yesterday and it gives me more the length just like the picture. I like more falsies because I like the fuller look. But the rocket gives the length look like that. At least for me.

Also, make sure you curl your eyelashes first. It makes a hell of a difference, making them point up all day and they also separate each lash and keep them from getting stuck together.
