I want to dye my brown hair blue, but I really don't want to bleach it. Suggestions?

Hmm I would say don't bleach it but maybe work your way into a full blue color. Like if you like ombré but instead do blue and work your hair up.

Before they color it blue they can color it light blonde so it's not bleach and then put in the blue.

The only way to achieve blue is to lighten your hair wuth bleach.
