Foundation Before Eyebrow Routine?

I was just wondering what everyone's foundation and contouring highlighting routine was, just to get some ideas on how I should tweak mine. Also for those who fill in their brows: do you fill them in before or after you do your foundation? Thanks :)

I fill them in after because otherwise I would get foundation on them.

I do them before because you can clean them up with foundation/concealer :)

I do them after, then I clean up the edges with concealer so they look on point ♥
