Are these considered black slacks??

I need a pair of khakis or,black slacks for a scho club. I have a pair of black pants in a skinny Jean style But they are dress pants material. would these be considers "slacks"?? there's a pictures like my pants below.

I thought slacks were the formless pants guys normally wear for suits, I may be wrong though, don't quote me on that. Slacks may also just mean pants.

Yeah slacks are supposed to be loose straight leg pants the whole way down. Tight pants like that aren't very professional.

No those aren't slacks... Slacks are much more loose fitting. Basically they give you no shape but they are modest. Those are very skin tight and probably aren't appropriate for what you are doing if they said slacks.
