So I have really dry skin. I bought simple moisturizer at target, made for sensitive skin, and I've been breaking out ever since :( I never break out.
Should I stop using it? Or will it get better?

Stop. Stop using anything new you've introduced into your skin care routine in addition to your moisturizer, and see if your breakouts get better. If that was the only thing new for you, you'll know the culprit. If it wasn't, introduce one thing back into the mix at a time until you discover what's causing the problem.
I would just chuck the moisturizer altogether if I was you. I've only used the Simple wipes and I hated them. I don't have sensitive skin, but they irritated me. Not a very good brand IMO. Try Cetaphil or CeraVe for moisturizers, they're very "bland" for lack of a better word and hopefully wouldn't make you break out. Make sure you heal up before you try something new though!

I know! It sucks. I really thought itd work bc the face cleanser worked pretty well. And I heard rave reviews about it. It was on sale cheap so I figured no harm trying it. Oh well, though! On to try something else! Thanks girls!

Do not use baby lotion. Sigh. I get so frustrated when I see people suggesting baby oil etc. mineral oil is not good for your skin, esp the face, so anything you use make sure it's free of mineral oil. Baby oil IS mineral oil, FYI.

I am not sure where you are located but a moisturizer called day fluid by Boots Retail USA is great it's by Boots based out of UK. It's in a pink pump bottle no fragrance and hypo allergic.
