ok I have dry skin around my eyes n on my cheeks n my nose n forehead is oily I heard nuturogen oil free worked n I tried it n it did but now I'm gettin break outs :( any advice? please

You have combo skin. The trick to combo skin is that you have to treat both oily and dry areas. I am combo skin to and tend to get really dry around my cheeks. This is what I do. I use a gel cleanser in the morning with a tea tree oil misting toner and use a moisturizing acne cream and at night I use a milk cleanser with the tea tree oily misting toner and the same moisturizing acne cream. I also use eye cream which would help you with drying around the eye area (you want to make sure to pat the cream in so it will soak in better) So what i suggest...

Use moisturizing products in your night routine (creamy cleanser, toner, eye cream & moisturizing cream) and for your day time routine use a gel cleanser to combat the oily, a toner, eye cream and then a light moisturizing cream.

When you are applying your moisturizer be sure to lightly massage the cream in. Massaging will promote product penetration.
