Don't line the whole water line with black. try a nude or white eyeliner for your water line :)

I think your eyes are pretty :) I actually think they are medium size- not too small. I would use only mascara and lighter eyeshadow colours. And as Lili said: don't line the waterline with black, that's what makes your eyes look smaller.

No, I think lining the lashlines doesn't make the eyes look smaller but I would leave out the inner corner :)

Using a white or nude on the water line and lining the lower lash line can make the eyes look bigger
