Oh my glob you eyes are such a gorgeous blue! 😱 Liquid eyeliner is great, and if you are a newbie, I suggest a felt tip eyeliner pen like stila felt tip , elf felt tip pen, Maybelline master precise eyeliner pen, and for brush tips, elf carries one for a dollar and it can help you ease into the use of brush tips without spending an arm and a leg! Then wet n wild has a brush tip, you just have to explore and figure out which form works for you!! As for eyeliner, I think a thin black line would look lovely and draw attention to your beautiful blue eyes!

Definitely a liquid eyeliner. Mary always follow the the real shape of your eye and exaggerate it in the ends to make then look bigger. Since you're eyes are beautifully blue ,always use a black eye pencil to give them a light yet smokey look. Good luck! :)
