Make a really small precise line?

I have hooded eyelids and I want to be able to wear eyeliner but I look weird with a normal line of liner so it has to be super thin lol

Any brands?

I wouldn't use pencil and I would only use gel if you have a fine brush. I would go with a liquid eyeliner nyx has a pretty decent one & UD had perversion has a great applicator but the product itself isnt the best.
