Best eyebrow pencils

I had an eyebrow accident (overplucking if course) and I was left with only half eyebrows! So I used Rimmel Professional Eyebrow Pencil and it is the best. It's only three pounds and can be found everywhere! I would highly recommend it.

Have you thought about eyebrow powder in my opinion it gives a much better finish and looks more natural😊
