Get an eyeliner or brow pencil and draw lines through your brows where the shape would be. Don't tweeze right away though, look in the mirror and see if it fits you. Then tweeze away :)

Maybe buy an eyebrow kit with stencils so you can figure out what type of arch you like and then tweeze.

I use this.
You could always go get them done then keep up the upkeep by plucking the random hairs :) just let them know you prefer thicker arched brows.

I would go to a professions to shape the so yah all you have to do is pluck them.

I'd go to a spa or salon and get them done initially. Then...talk to them about maintenance. It is much easier to keep them neat than get them that way via trial and error.

I would also suggest going on yelp and checking out the salons near you & look for specific names. DONT just let anybody do them.

I'd say go to a professional. Once you do you'll never shape them yourself again! My tech is amazing and I don't let anyone else touch my brows except her. I wen somewhere else and they had them SO thin! It was a nightmare. Spare the pain and go to a pro. (:
