Hair and makeup for a Lorde concert?

(I put this into beauty because it wasn't specifically hair or specifically makeup!) For my outfit I'm already planning on wearing a black, long sleeve turtleneck. I live in dc so it'll be kind of chilly. I plan on wearing light wash skinny jeans and flats, because it's standing room only, and we are getting out of school early to ensure a good view lol! I was debating also to wear a black pleather skater skirt, but again, since it's standing room only, I decided against it. Any ideas for hair and makeup? Something simple and won't look that bad after a night of standing around and dancing please!

I'd definitely go with a smokey eye and plum or dark red lipstick. Just because that's mainly one of her signature looks.
