I'm a member of sephora and every year they give a little gift for my birthday but this year I was unable to get there around that time. They emailed me and told me to "claim my gift" but I still haven't been able to make it! This was a few months ago and finally I can go to the store but I'm wondering if they would still give the gift to me?

Yeah it will be fine! they can check your bi card to see if you've picked it up so won't be a problem!

They likely won't give it to you. I know we wouldn't at my store. it's not even a good gift this year. just tell them you want to sign up and say your birthday was last week but don't use that card to get points.

I never had an issue getting it long after my birthday. I've known of folks who waited months after their birthday to get it. One year one cashier gave me mine in January vs February (which is my birthday month).

What's the gift this year? ever since I signed up, (2008), I've never gone in and picked up my gift. the day I signed up was my birthday and I ordered online, so the gift was sent with the package. I keep putting it off cause I hate the mall.

I would think they'd be able to just check in their system and see if you'd received it yet and then if you hadn't they would probably be able to give it to you whenever. It isn't like you're trying to get another after the fact or something lol.

They didn't let me. They told me to claim it one week before or after my birthday. So the next year, I did that. I was just the Benefit Watts Up highlighter and the Benefit travel size Bad Gal Lash mascara.

If you shop online you can add it to your order at checkout as well, if that is easier and more convenient than going to the store. I know that's what I'll be doing this year because our closest Sephora is like 90 miles away haha.
