I have a super duper oily face and Revlon Colorstay works the best and I've tried a bunch!!
It works better on my oily skin than any high end liner I've tried.
It even works great in the waterline if you let it dry for 10 seconds before you blink then put a second coat over it.
My second would be Estée Lauder double wear gel liner. It stays in place SO WELL! The only reason it's not my número uno is cuz it ends up on my contact lens every time

Jordana fabuliner. I wore it today with no primer (I have very oily lids) for a 9 hour shift at work throwing freight, and walked 45 minutes home in the cold, and my liner still looked like it did when I first applied it! Its my hg liner, only 1.99 at walgreens. I will go hoard them all if they ever get discontinued.

Yes Lizz, it's definitely great! I always go for it but lately it's been smudging on my upper eye, guess I have to wait for it to dry before blinking!

Inglots gel liners are amazing, and the staying power is beyond impressive. It's around $12 but worth it, and it lasts forever. I'm also a fan of NYX gel liner, which I believe is a bit cheaper. It goes on smoothly and even though it claims to double as a "smudger", I use it often and it doesn't budge.

Bobbi Brown Gel liner and Revlon Colorstay pencils. For liquid WetnWild...just don't get waterproof formula or else you're going to spend about three days trying to remove it.
