Anyone try this? I am looking for a new foundation and thinking of trying this. However, the price is steep (though I do shell out $50 something CDN for MUFE), so I want reviews before I try this.

I don't know if the formula is the same from when I tried it but if you have dry skin I would steer clear of this one because alcohol sits high on the ingredient list. Oily/combo might have success with it depending on where the dry spots are located but should do a decent job at controlling the oil production. I think it also may contain silica too which absorbs oil as well. As far as coverage...for me it was ok. I don't wear my makeup past 12 hours if I can help it but if you need something heavy duty it will definitely stretch you just past 8 hours but I don't believe the 24 hour claim wear time that Lancome claims it to be. A few years back some lady filed a lawsuit against Lancome citing that it didn't last 24 hours on her.lol.

I tried it and liked it, it did hold up well, however it seemed to show my pores a bit and just didn't sit as well with my skin. Ultimately I lived Givenchy's Teint Couture and Photo Perfection a and Diorskin Nude. Not as heavy coverage out of the bottle but buildable, also when layered with Laura Mercier mineral loose powder, very good coverage and pretty.

Hey ladies! I actually work at Lancôme. Teint idole 24 hour wear is a wonderful foundation. All the girls at the counter wear it. Its a beautiful long wear matte finish. Not to mention a huge color selection. Go to any counter and ask for a free 10 day sample to try it out! I love Lancôme foundation:)

I really liked this foundation, I got a sample first also, I would highly recommend doing so because this foundation did cause my skin to become a little dry. I do like the selection of colours and staying power.

I really wanted to like this foundation but I just can't love it. I have very oily skin and I've tried different combinations with primers and powders but it always separates after a few hours. I've tried cheaper foundations that hold up much better.

And it doesn't transfer!! Doesn't break me out!! It's light but full coverage! Amazing!! When I get out of the shower I put on a face moisturizer then my foundation no problems! I am a makeup artist this is the only one I use.
