So I've been on wait list for a month or more for ipsy. I can't wait for that butttttttttt I wasn't going to try birch box because I heard so many bad reviews but I ended up signing up for wait list for birch box. Idk if it was a good choice or not but I did it. I'm so upset it's taking forever for ipsy to take me off wait list but I hear it's so worth it all though I was looking forward to getting this months bag but oh well maybe next months?... Who knows. But I hope so. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed 😁

I had birch box and now I have ipsy. The problem I found with birchbox is that I always got face cream and fragrance samples and things that aren't makeup. I strictly wanted makeup products so I cancelled BB and got ipsy. I have a drawer full of hair masks cuticle cream and moisturizer from my birchbox that I will probably never use :(

Hmm I'll try it for a couple months. But everyone says bad things about bb. I just wish I was off the wait list for ipsy.

Birchbox sucked IMO.. Ipsy started off really good for me but lately I don't find myself really using the products. Idk.. I wish there was a box that gave out high-end samples of only makeup. Stila, urban decay, mac, stuff like that.

I get BB and Ipsy. With BB, the products are varied and somewhat high-end while Ipsy is the opposite. Both require that you make sure your profile is setup so you get the products you'd like to try. At one point I was going to cancel my BB because I wasn't using the majority of the products so I reviewed and updated my profile and felt there was an improvement. Most recently I considered dropping Ipsy due to everything in the package just being a "miss"; wrong color in the makeup items and while I guess a lot of people wear fake lashes but I have absolutely no use or need for them so now those are starting to pile up. We'll see how things go over the next couple months. Both aren't bad for $10.00 though.

Thanks girl. Yeah. I'm going to give it a shot. I wear fake lashes and hope I get them in my bag. And I've been wanting to try different ones too to explore the eyelashes world. But I can't wait to be off the waitlist. But it seems it's going to take forever :/

Brandy s. I totally agree with high end samples would be perfect. I'm definitely a high end make up girl. But don't wanna spend 50 bucks on a product without trying it first you know :)
