In the morning I wash my face and put on Nivea Daily Essentials Express Hydration Primer for dry/sensitive skin, which I leave for about 1/2 hour to 1 hour before I put my foundation on but no matter how little I use when I put it on I keep getting tacky bits on my fingers and my face...the only way I can describe it is like semi dried PVA glue... it's sooooo gross and annoying!
Help..? Please? :)

I would probably stop using that primer.. Hard Candy makes pretty good face primers. they never caused me any issues.
what skin type are you & what foundation do you use?

Get the Clinique dramatically different moisturizer it's amazing your skin just drinks it up... And for primer... The benefit porefessional seohora brand primer or I've heard mixed reviews but you can try the maybelline baby skin primer too:) good luck

This also is something that happens with fast drying foundations or foundations that have half way dried in the bottle :/ its the worst. Maybe switch the foundation?

I had that happen with a primer. I stopped using it and all is well.

Sounds like the two products aren't playing well together.

Try to match the formulas of your foundation and primer to match each other. Gel to gel, silicone to silicone, oil to oil. This will help them play nicer together.
