How do I have split ends, I don't use a flat iron or curling iron.. lol
how is this possible?

Your ends are your dead hair, my daughter who is three, her hair is free from heat and products (except shampoo and conditioner of course) has some as well, all you have to do is trim your hair maybe every 6 weeks. You can always try deep conditions as well!! :D.

Thanks you!
What kind of Deep conditioners do you recommend?

An insane amount of things can cause breakage & split ends, heat being one of them. keep in mind, the ends of your hair are the driest & rarely get much moisture. it's just something that happens.
some good deep conditioners are L'oreal Power Moisture Mask & Aussie 3 Minute Miracle. I also highly recommend RedKen Extreme Anti-Snap leave-in treatment, & Bedhead Ego Boost Split End Mender leave-in conditioner. they've helped my hair a lot!

Try some extra virgin coconut oil. I have very long, fine hair that is prone to breakage and it works wonders for me
Leave it in for an hour or so, then shampoo & condition as normal :)

Your hair probably breaks when you're sleeping, causing those split ends you have.
