Do you have to use the primer with the lip tars or will any primer work?

I asked this a while ago. before I bought my trial kit n a lot of ladies told me they don't have it. a few said they tried it but no difference. the bottomline from my post was don't worry about getting it. :)
we can see what's said today..

Don't bother with it. I didn"t see a difference. Just have to make sure your lips aren't dry and cracked.

@Erica, that's not a silly question..I'm still New to the product so I'm still tryna get it perfect but I like that its liquid n mixes easily. mainly they gave very vibrant colors, you only need a drop and it last fairly long. its a makeup artist dream cause its just a squeeze tube there's no making pallets n sterilizing lipstick tube and again easy to mix to make custom colors
