Get 99.9% alcohol n just put it in a little cup let it soak move it around a little that cleans it

Like shana said dip it in alcohol you can also use 91% but nothing less and don't cover the metal part in it just enough to cover the hairs... I wrote on your wall by the way lol 😊

The dipbrow wasnt me cup of tea like it made my brows to thick I felt like a man lol it might be cuz I really don't do my brows I don't know lol.

Either find a brush cleaner and follow the instructions... I use bare minerals brush cleaner... Or mix a few tablespoons of olive oil with two squirts of dish soap, lather your brushes and rinse out... You can also dip in the 91% alcohol but I personally don't do that because the smell kind of stays in the brushes afterwards and it gives me headaches.
