I really don't know how to do makeup and anythng related to it so could anybody tell me which is better, eyeliner (the liquid one) or eyepencil??

Well eyepencil is easier to use but it doesn't look as crisp and perfect whereas liquid takes a while to master and in my opinion, looks better. And also, the pencil is more multi functional. There's also a wider variety of colours with pencils. And if you like the looks of liquid eyeliner but you aren't that patient, you should try eyeko skinny mini eyeliner. Its like a felt tip but it looks just like a liquid eyeliner once applied.

I tend to poke my eye out with pencils. But I have found that they are great for smudging. I used to use bad pencils from drug stores but now I use the UD 24/7 pencils. Super soft. If you want a crisp line go for eye liner with a fine tip. I LOVE the kind from Asia where it looks like a pen. I use the K-palette one. There is a comparison on YouTube done by this lady called Tried and Tested. Check it out.

I only use pencil because I just can't handle eyeliner lol. It's easier to use pencil but some looks look better with eyeliner.

I like all liners but the easiest, cleanest, and fastest for me is felt tip pen, I recommend pixel sold at ulta for cheap. I think it's good to play around which each one and see which works best for you. For gel I recommend maybelline eye studio, loreal infallible, essence, or inglot (I don't use the brushes that come with these liners though, I use essence angled brush or too faced angled brush). Pencil I recommend rimmel, essence, hello kitty, or urban decay 24/7.

When I first started I used pencil, it was easier to me. But now I'm able to use all 3 (gel, pencil and liquid) liquid and gel are my fav, the lines are more defined and bold
