How can you curl your hair with a hair dryer?

From what I know an air curler is something you attach to your hair dryer and then you put a piece of hair inside the plastic part and it is supposed to curl your hair but every review I've seen people said its not really worth your time.

Yes. Conair has one called the curl secret. It works and creates tight curls but the process is time inefficient
