It looks like a good starting point. Nice brows. To make it better:
- add a brow highlight (a gold one will be nice)
-a transition color (around your skin color)
-deepen the crease with a dark brown
-add black in the outer corner if you want to be fancy

This will add dimension to the eye

Also as women of color, when we do bold shades we have to line our lips with a darker lip liner to "contain" the color and make the transition from our skin color to the lip color less harsh. Try a brown lip liner. Blush or bronze would be nice too
