I tried the Benefit Watts Up & didn't like it. /: If your skin isn't completely naturally flawless, it'll cake on.

My skin is no where near flawless lol and I love watts up! It depends on how you apply it and blend it and how much you put on. It's one of my favorite highlights :)
It's on the higher end side, but it's worth it.
Physicians formula has highlighting powders at the drugstore :)

What's your price range, and are you looking for powder or liquid/cream? Kevyn Aucoin Candle light and NARS albatross are beautiful imo. Very finely milled and give a glow without sparkles. They are in the $30-44 price range. Another great highlighter is Face atelier ultra sheer, a few MUA on a forum were recommending it, it looks gorgeous. But it's quite pricey too. I find that a lot of budget highlighters have too many sparkles and accentuate pores and skin texture when applied (like physician formula shimmer strips) I have one in Vegas, I love it, but it can look glittery if you apply too much.
