I started flat ironing my hair a few year ago and now I've lost my curls. I still have some but not like I used too. Is there a way that I can my curls back? I really miss them now that I'm older and I'm for comfortable with my hair.

Chop off a couple inches, stop ironing, and don't brush your hair after you shower (do it before). Also use hair treatments like deep condition to restore strength. Your hair is probably very damaged :(

i remember this happening to my hair after years of too much bleach and it really takes the curl right out. you just have to give your hair a break from doin to much to it. id try curl defining products if it was me. diffuse it . i wouldnt flat iron it for a while.
