Hi loves!
I am trying to find a dress to wear to my boyfriends older brothers wedding in April. So its a spring wedding, and I was wondering if these dresses would be appropriate to wear to it?
I know that the old saying was "never wear white to upstage the bride" but I am not sure if that still applies! lol please give me your opinions :)
Please also tell me which of the dresses you prefer between the two.
Thank you beauties! xoxo

As a wedding consultant I can tell you that unless be bride tells you to wear white, you do not wear white. The bride should be the only person wearing white on her big day (unless she's wearing ivory but I still wouldn't ever wear white). A dress with white in it (a little bit) sure, but a white dress? No.
I personally think both dresses are a little to sexy. Unless that's the theme or it's a very sleek black tie kind of thing. If not, I think they're to much.

Just find a pretty a line dress in a pastel color or pretty print. I agree with not wearing white/ivory to a wedding.

Thank you for all the input!!
What about this dress? It has more color but I want to stick with a similar cut:
