I've been trying to grow my hair out for 3 years now and there are a lot of nice reviews on Herbal essences volume shampoo and conditioner it is in an orange bottle I have dry hair and I just wanted to know your opinions on it and a few tips on hair growth would be great! I am also trying to do a four-week-no-heat challenge if that helps, thank you! x

I don't think it works but someone told me to rub the scalp of your hair with lemon juice and it is supposed to work but I dunno! I agree with Celeste G xx

Egg and olive oil wash. And trim the ends that are split. Not huge chunks, but each strand. It's a trick I just learned myself.

Your hair will only grow as fast as it would at it's healthiest. so the key is to keep it healthy!
-drink a lot of water
-eat healthy
-get trims as needed
-use coconut oil for a strengthening treatment & to help with dryness
-use sulfate free shampoo & conditioner. I like L'oreal Everstrong
-use hair masks
-leave in conditioner
-little to no heat
-always use a heat protectant. I like It's a 10.

Always pull your hair up before bed , your ends rub againt your pillow And cause friction on them. Mix lemon juice and eggs and use it as a hair mask that works good.
Everyone says to drink lots of water.
Actually if you drink lemon water it helps grow our hair thicker and longer! I drink about 3 Gatorade bottles of or a day. It's great for almost everything. Just search "lemon water" on the internet , you'll be surprised what you find 😊
Also there is a drink you can make , blend apples pineapples, lemons, and cucumber together and you can add some honey for sweetness , it taste great and it's aimed just for hair growth. 😊
I've been trying I grow out mine too. 💁
