Biotin! What should I expect?

I recently started taking biotin and I'm curious what to expect. I read some scary stuff about it giving people acne, but I don't know. Have any of you taken biotin or know someone who has and what was your/their experience?

Nothing bad happens to me when I take it the only thing is it takes a whileeeeeeeee lol to see some results

I experienced some breakouts but I drank more water and it helped

I take biotin and no it doesn't give me any acne. And it doesn't make hair grow in weird places either xD at least for me. I honestly feel like my hair's health really is improving & I've been taking it for a year more or less:)

Okay, thanks everyone! I'm glad to hear none of you had anything bad happen. I haven't heard anything about growing hair in weird places, but if that happens I'll obviously stop taking it. hahaha I'm not too worried about talking to my doctor because pretty much everything I read said no severe or permanent side effects can come from it.

I had a few breakouts but drink a lot of water n that helps no acne.
I see results in a month.
