Vitamins. Care. Commitment. To keep hair healthy you need to keep up w/ vitamins. My hair grows like a weed ; I take cod liver oil, Msm, biotin, and vitamin e. Cod liver oil and vitamin e are very moisturizing for the hair, and skin. Msm. Oh my Msm has too Many benifits, it helps your skin clear up. Helps grow and thicken your hair ( if you wanna know how just google it) And it also helps bones, joints, brain, ect.
Biotin helps the hair thicken, and grow, although for some it can cause breakouts.
Hope I helped, happy growing 😘

Oh, I almost forgot the other two, hmm. Care. You should never brush hair when wet it will damage your hair a lot, because your hair is at it's weakest stage when wet, and if your brush it your causing great damage to your hair. You should not wash your hair everyday, because it strips your hair of its natural oils that help that stubborn hair grow. Also when it's windy outside out your hair In a secure braid, or a bun, topknot. Because believe it or not the wind flowing through our hair is actually damaging it. If you've ever seen an old flag you'll see the ends of the flag are broken off from the wind. That's what it's doing to our hair. Also don't always put your hair in ponytails, because if to tight it will cause stress on the hair shaft and cause more hair to break off then normal, that's why when we take out our ponytails we see hair in our hair-ties - Also what has helped me was hair masks, not always the store bought ones. Homemade ones are nice and cheap. Because my hair is thin I use a castor oil treatment on my hair once a week to help thicken it, and moisturize it. You can also do an egg and olive oil mask to make your hair shiny. My fav store bought hair masks are the Carols daughter mioni ( srry spelling) hair mask it smells strong but works beautifully, makes my hair soft it's also really pricy. Other tips are to drink lots of water, eat healthy, exersize, to stimulate the scalp! 🔅🔅
