I'm no help here. I just want to be following for the answer. I honestly think its more the outside color the center looks like a nude like nyx circe but lighter and the oustide is pulling different tints and making look so unique (:

Oo Shelby that's gorgeous! 😍 I wanna know too! Lol - haven't come across a color like that but it does look like it has a type of ombré effect goin on. For the center I can name a bunch of suggestions but for the outer part if you can't find the color I'd say go to Mac they have a ton of lipliners that are close to that shade 💕💜
