If you put a regular mascara under your waterproof mascara it should come off easier.

I ALWAYS wear waterproof mascara on my eyes and I use the Ponds makeup removing cloths and it takes it all off with ease. They are AMAZING!

Olive oil baby oil coconut oil. makeup wipes but hold it on Your lid for a couple seconds before wiping (:

You can always just buy a waterproof makeup remover as well c:
MUFE Sen'sEyes Waterproof makeup remover is wonderful! it gets off all kinds of eye makeup so easily. you barely have to rub at all so you aren't removing any lashes that haven't fallen out on their own, & it's gentle on your eyes because it's meant for sensitive eyes.
it's definitely one of the best things I've ever bought!

Baby oil does the trick for me. Most oil-based makeup removers claim to remove mascara easily :)

I use sweet almond oil. It's gentle, takes mascara off easily and it's good for lashes and skin.
