So I normally do a neutral eye, and I kinda want to get into some pops of color, but unsure of how to go about it. My natural hair color is blonde, but currently brunette. I have blue/green/hazelish eyes, and light skin. What do you beautiful ladies of beautylish recommend? And also eyeshadow recommendations for a reasonable budget will be appreciated :)

I always love purple on light eyes. also, Naked 3 is amazing with your color eyes but its a bit pricey.

You can really pull off anything. Sephora brand Color Anthology is on sale and has some amazing colours. For drugstore check out Maybelline, especially their colour tattoo eyeshadow or L'Oreal Infallible Single Eyeshadows. Those are the best pigmented drugstore eyeshadows in my opinion.

Kelly V I have the naked 3, I just find myself a bit challenged actually liking the looks I come up with. Could be because I'm used to the neutral colors lol.
