Could I use loreal frost and design highlighting kit color champagne even though it says its only for light blondes? my hair color is light to dark brown.

You could use it but it probably won't lift much. It will probably just give your hair a little but of dimension. It might come out reddish/copper color.

It will probably turn out red or coppery. It's just not got enough lift. But honestly I don't recommend getting box color. Sally's isn't super expensive and the products are much better. Plus there should be someone there who can give you personalized advice.
