Put a dark brown shadow on the eye and blend it into the crease. Then put on winged liquid loner for more definition. I would recommend only using one color because

Also, I don't think you should use black eyeshadow for your eyebrows. I have black eyebrow hair to, but using a dark brown makes it more natural. Hope I helped!!

I'd say soften up your eyebrows with a dark brown instead of black, and a soft blush color and dewy face. Then really pack a punch with some eyeshadow! I switch up my liner color daily, pink and blue is my favorite. Some days do wings, or a smokey eye. I say buy a nice shadow palette so you have a ton of options. (:
Products I recommend:
•MAC eyeshadow in Cork for brows
•MAC blush in Peachykeen
•UD Woodstock liner
•MUFE aqua eyes liner is 15L
• UD naked 3 palette

And for lips I'd suggest having 3 staples- a light gloss for on the go, a pink/nude lipstick for everyday and a pop of color for when your eyes are neutral.
•MAC dazzle glass in Rags to Riches
• Rimmel lipstick in Airy Fairy
•MAC Saint Germain

Going by the picture, that person has dewy looking skin, so if you have dry/normal skin I'd recommend mac's face and body foundation. My favourite blush right now is by Nars and I think the shade orgasm would look lovely if applied lightly. as for brows my favourite products are Anastasia dip brow pomade and Anastasia brow wiz pencil. For lips I'd check out nyx's lip butter gloss for whatever shade works for you. for the foundation is use a finishing powder and a finishing spray. sorry if this is long, hope this helps though (:
