I don't think you should cut it and sense your going to dye it over the summer then you shouldnt dye it now but maybe you should try getting bangs like the ones over your forehead like taylor swift used to I have I think lol

I don't think you should dye it anytime soon since you're going to die again in the summer maybe a different haircut??bangs are a change thatll be good, if you don't have a v cut then a v cut would be cute too :) or part it differently if you normally do side try center or vice versa.
