Exfoliate, I'm not skin doctor or beautician but you obviously have dead skin that's flaking or sun burn the best way to get rid of it is with a warm wet face washer and exfoliate cream and just scrub and repeat this every night and every morning for the next week and the problem should disappear.

I agree with Allanah! I got that, too, when I was sick. I had no idea what to do, but it went away on it's own after a couple of days. I just kept doing my normal routine. :) x

Soap will be to harsh on the area so try using a gentle cleanser. Try not to over exfoliate to, you can make it worse and the area may continue to flake. Moisturise morning and night. If applying foundation, use a beauty blender in a 'dabbing' motion.

I used to have that, I exfoliate with Elemis gentle rose face exfoliator and moisturise with Nivea creme moisturiser, mine went away within a day:)

I get dry on the end of my nose too. I exfoliate every night in the shower and then I don't have a problem.
